Shipping Method & Shipping Charges
Shipping chocolates to arrive in perfect condition can be challenging but don’t worry, we have been doing it successfully for a long time. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping rates and policies before you order. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Upon verification and approval of payment, your order will be shipped out as soon as possible. Please note, we do not ship out on Fridays, as we don't want the chocolates to sit in an unconditioned shipping warehouse over the weekend. We usually work with Canada post and on request, we work with Corporate Couriers or FedEx.
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursdays (Wednesdays in summer) will be shipped the following week.
Overnight Shipping is delivered on weekdays only, no Saturday delivery.
Shipping within BC
Our Standard Shipping Charge, is a flat rate of $9, when you spend $35 or more. We offer free shipping on orders of $95 or more. Please be aware, it can take up to 9 business days for your package to arrive.
Shipping outside BC, within Canada
We charge a flat rate of $9, when you spend $60 or more. We offer free shipping, within Canada, on orders over $120
Warm Weather Shipping: During the summer months (May - Sept) to reduce the risk of melted chocolate in transit, we may disable online shipping at our discretion. We reserve the right to delay shipping during extreme weather conditions and during heatwave (>25℃) conditions.
We will ship your order as soon as the weather allows.
Once your order is processed, we will confirm completion by email and we will provide you with the Canada Post tracking number. Please note shipping information is the responsibility of the customer, so please ensure that the information is complete (including a telephone number) and accurate to ensure successful and timely delivery.
We take special care in making our products and shipping them. All of our chocolates that are shippable, are carefully packaged and padded to ensure our chocolates arrive in good shape. However, once the item leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control as to how it is handled. If you have an issue with your purchased product, please contact us. We will gladly refund purchases if it is due to the handling within our control. Please provide us with proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and return the unopened product to us, so we can refund or replace it for you.
We are not responsible when the product is lost or stolen after the courier completed the delivery.
If the chosen courier attempts delivery and the product fails to be received, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding those items.

Since we sell food items, we don't accept returns.
Gift cards are a final sale item and cannot be returned for a refund.
We are not responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
Free in-store pickup at our Abbotsford and Granville locations. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be prepared, unless stated otherwise. Also, as some of our items are more fragile than others and cannot ship, this in-store pickup option is available.
