Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally due to the fragile and extremely perishable nature of our chocolates.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

What is your return policy?

Since we sell food items, we don't accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make it right for you. For all shipping related questions, please visit our shipping policies page for any additional information you might be looking for.

Can I checkout with shipping for multiple addresses?

Currently, our checkout only supports single addresses for shipping at checkout. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. We know this is a feature that many of our customers desire and are working on a solution to be able to offer this feature while maintaining our checkout security for all of our customers.

Are your chocolates gluten-free?

99% Of our chocolates are gluten-free, but because we’re producing 3 chocolates ( Whiskey bonbon and 2 chocolate tablets ) that contain gluten, we call ourselves GLUTEN-FRIENDLY. While most of our bonbons are gluten-free, if you have any specific dietary restrictions, we encourage you to give us a call at 1.604.504.5957 so that we can pack your assortment of chocolates according to your needs.

Do you have any sugar free chocolates?

Yes, we have a 54% cocoa dark, sugar-free chocolate bar, sweetened with Maltitol.

How long do your chocolates last? How quickly should they be consumed upon receiving?

We recommend enjoying our bonbons within 1 week of receiving them for ultimate freshness. Our assortments contain fresh ganaches, made with real butter and fresh cream, which has a short shelf life. Refrigerated in an air tight packaging, our chocolates can be stored up to 6 weeks The shelf life of other confections we produce varies by product. Here's a guide to help.
